Description

Orange  red to brownish  red  powder, odorless granular powder, Solution of Acriflavine is reddish orange in color and become fluorescent on dilution.

Solubility

 1 Gm of Acriflavine Dissolves in about 3 ml of water. Is incompletely  soluble in alcohol, is nearly insoluble in ether, chloroform and fixed oils.
