Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

  • The return, refund and cancellation when initiated by the customer due to quality or packaging issues will vary as per the order and the problems reported. The return will be processed depending upon the case stated by the customer and its agreement by the management.
  • A full refund will be issued in case we can’t supply the material. 
  • If a customer has placed an order by mistake and wants to cancel prior to shipment the refund will be processed minus the bank and other processing charges incurred by Macsen Labs. 
  • If a customer has placed an order by mistake and wants to cancel the order post shipment, in this case the return and refund cannot be processed and the customer has to accept the order. 
  • If the payment has not been processed we will contact you for completing the payment with relevant proofs. 
  • If the payment has been processed but you have not received a confirmation please get in touch with our team.
